Adam Summer School Finale Concert - 3pm

The Adam Summer School returns to Nelson in February, showcasing Aotearoa’s rising young stars of string and piano performance. Prepare to be enchanted as students perform masterworks of the great composers in two extraordinary Finale Concerts (3:00pm and 7:00pm), with works by Brahms, Beethoven, Janáček, Mendelssohn, Shostakovich, and more. The Adam Summer School offers world-class coaching by the inimitable New Zealand String Quartet and this year, guest pianist Rae de Lisle, and has seen more than 370 students attend the school in its 29-year history.
