ANNUAL & ONE-OFF GIVING

Help us inspire, educate and challenge Aotearoa New Zealand through chamber music by becoming a Patron or making a one-off donation today.

With your support, we can continue to:

  • Present awe-inspiring concerts that place traditional string quartet repertoire alongside the unique voices of New Zealand composers.

  • Create cross-genre and cross-artform collaborations with other artists, thereby expanding the reach of classical music within our society.

  • Offer free, easily accessible concerts for families and under-served communities, ensuring everyone is able to ‘give it a go’.

  • Mentor young and emerging musicians as they pick up an instrument for the first time or launch into their own professional careers.

The New Zealand String Quartet Trust is registered as a charitable trust (CC21728) under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and donations are eligible for tax credits of 33% on eligible donations.

“We have treasured a supporting friendship as benefactors with NZSQ since 1992. To join an ensemble like the New Zealand String Quartet has allowed us to share in their development, and watch and witness their growth over the years. Our rewards are great and deeply satisfying and the music they interpret and play has fed our inner being.”
