Strings in the Earth & Air celebrates all things Celtic and chamber music and forms part of our In Collaboration series, with incredible guest artists. We're thrilled to be among the first artists invited to perform at the newly reopened Te Whare Whakarauika-Wellington Town Hall.

About the event
Internationally renowned uilleann piper Tom Delany and acclaimed Irish composer and guitarist Dave Flynn join us for one of the first concerts celebrating the reopening of Te Whare Whakaruika Wellington Town Hall.
Inspired by a line from James Joyce's Chamber Music, this unique programme journeys through traditional Irish airs, dance tunes and folk melodies to exciting contemporary works, celebrating the enduring connections between Ireland and Aotearoa.
It’s going to be a very special evening of music, song and poetry.
