The New Zealand String Quartet is one of New Zealand’s foremost music ensembles, much-loved by audiences in its own country and acclaimed internationally for its powerful communication, dramatic energy and beauty of sound.
Particular skills/competencies required
The NZ String Quartet Trust is looking to appoint a new Trustee to our Board. At this time we are seeking interest from people residing in Christchurch to replace our retiring Trustee who has been with the Trust for ten years.
We are looking for individuals who have marketing, sponsorship and fundraising experience. Who have well-established networks within the South Island and who have a genuine interest in classical music.
Along with your skills and experience, you will also need to be collaborative, and strong contributor as a key member of this excellent, diverse Trust Board.
Commitment required
This is a voluntary board that currently meets four times a year, usually in Wellington. Travel expense will be reimbursed.
