  • Communications and media support – including preparing media releases and pitching to media across Aotearoa

  • Assist with delivery of audience and donor communications – including supporting initiatives to grow the NZSQ’s audience and donor base

  • General administration support – including maintaining internal systems and records and supporting ticketing setup and coordination

  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills

  • Experience managing or contributing to digital channels (social media, eDMs, websites)

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Highly self-motivated and able to take initiative

  • Willingness to learn about Te Ao Māori and tikanga Māori and how this applies to the work of the NZSQ

  • Four weeks annual leave

  • Hybrid working options

  • Support towards professional development

This is an exciting time to join the NZSQ Trust team as the organisation works towards their 40th anniversary celebration in 2027. During this time of transition, you’ll play a key role in helping the NZSQ deliver on their mission of providing transformational chamber music experiences that inspire, challenge, educate and reflect Aotearoa New Zealand.
